March 2001, the two founders, George and Sylvia Xinsheng founded G & S Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. in the UK.
March 2002, Xinsheng crafts division was established.
May 2003, domestic factory ,G & S industrial CO.,LTD ,full invested by G & S Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. was established in Yixing, mainly produces acrylic, glass balls and other industrial products, selling products in European markets, and to achieve long-term supply of large supermarket chains in Europe and America agreement.
October 2006,G & S Chemical International Trade Department was established, mainly sell solvent .
December 2007, G&S Group 's annual sales exceeded $ 80 million.
May 2008, G&S Group invested 20 million established Yixing wood factories, mainly produce wood outdoor supplies.
June 2009, in cooperation with Zhejiang Xinsheng EPRI WPC, WPC jointly developed new products and new technologies.
December 2010,the annual sales exceeded 10 million ,became the mainly peoducts of the company .
March 2011 ,G&S Group invested $ 20 million to build G&S (Huzhou) WPC Technology Co., Ltd., the company covers an area of ??120 acres.
November 2011, the first period of G&S (Huzhou) project is completed.
February 2012 ,G&S (Huzhou ) Xinsheng (Huzhou) went into operation WPC .
